Dear Vendor/Exhibitor:

Welcome to the 2019 Sacramento Middle Eastern Culture and Food Festival to be held on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at La Sierra Community Center in Carmichael. The festival will attract people from all parts of Sacramento and Northern California who will come together to celebrate Middle Eastern culture, music, and food.

The goal of the festival is to promote the rich heritage and culture of the Middle East, provide an opportunity to network and connect with others in the community, and enjoy delicious food, music, and fun family entertainment.

Being a vendor/exhibitor is a great marketing and advertising opportunity. Some of the benefits are:

Booth Selection

Food Vendor (10% of Sales)

Small Business ($250)

Refugee Services/Nonprofit ($100)

Important Information:

Submit a $50 deposit with your application to reserve your spot. The deposit goes towards the booth fee, and is refundable if not approved.
Once applications have been received, we will review all applications and spaces. We will notify all accepted vendors the first week of July.
Selected food vendors will be emailed a Temporary Food Facility Operator’s Packet to complete before they are approved.
You have the option to donate a Festival Prize Giveaway.
Booth includes one 6 feet table and 2 chairs.
The Festival shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to property of Vendor/ Sponsor or representative nor for any personal injury.
