OWLP Provides referral services such as: job readiness training and job placement, language services, health referrals, and school assistance. Focuses on cultural integration; empowers newcomers to become productive members of the community while preserving their identity; and offers children enrichment programs to raise emotional intelligence and promote wellness in a welcoming atmosphere.
